Seasonal Work

At Manor Farm, we employ up to 140 staff during the summer months, most of whom come from a variety of countries within Eastern Europe.  Most of our recruitment has been completed for the forthcoming season, however, if you are interested in working for us in 2010, we would be happy to hear from you and we can then advise you of any vacancies.

All non-EU nationals who work at Manor Farm must have a valid work permit. If you are interested, you may be eligible for a place on the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) run by licensed operators approved by the UK Home Office.

Here at Manor Farm, we use the SAWS operator called HOPS Labour Solutions. They can be contacted at:

HOPS Labour Solutions,
YFC Centre,
Stoneleigh Park,
Kenilworth,
Warwickshire.

Tel:  02476 857206     Fax:  02476 857205

If you come from a country within the EU you will not need a work permit but you may need to register under the Workers Registration Scheme with the Home Office once you are here.  Please note that although Romania and Bulgaria have now joined the EU, citizens from these two countries DO REQUIRE a valid SAWS work permit in order to work on farms within the UK.  We will not employ anyone from Romania or Bulgaria without a valid SAWS Work Permit!

If you would like to know if there are any vacancies or need any other information about working here, please e-mail mariya@manorfarmfruits.co.uk  or send a message through our 'Contact Us' page.
